How To Clean Contact Lenses

1. Always wash your hands
2. Place the contact lens in the palm of your hand
3. Add a little lens solution
4. Rub the lens very gently with a clean fingertip
5. Place lens in storage case and fill with solution

Do this after each time that you wear the lenses. You can also do this if a lens feels dry or irritates your eye. Store each pair of lenses in a contact lens case filled with fresh contact lens solution. Change the solution each time you wear the lenses.
