Returns and Refunds

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. You have 7 days starting from the day your order arrives in which to cancel it for a full refund. Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by letter addressed to

Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted

The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. The product should be packed in its original packaging, complete with all instructions. Care must be taken when packing products for transit. You are advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey Upon arrival of your return the refund will be made to the payment card that was used to place the order within 30 days

The Distance Selling Regulations clearly state that items such as cosmetics by reason of their nature cannot be returned unless the product is still sealed (unused), faulty, damaged or the order has been supplied incorrect.

I think there is a fault with my FourEyez.

Before returning the product please make sure that you have followed all the instructions that came with it. It may also be worth reading the FAQ section of our website before posting them back to us.
Please return your eye wear in the storage case with a small amount of solution to stop them drying out.
Its upto you how you send them back to us, the use of a recorded delivery service is advised. (Dont think of them as a return, remember what they cost) Please note that we do not refund postage charges unless the product is proven faulty.
When you post them back to us please include a short letter explaining the problem, it would also be helpful if you could include information about when and where you bought the item/s.

These types of returns are taken into the labs for testing (see terms) We should be in contact with you within 7 working days from the day that your return arrives with our findings and the action/s we will take.
