1) GENERAL : We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2) ORDERS : All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. During the order process the name, address and payment details are taken on a secure server by a third party. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not a confirmed acceptance that your order has been processed. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website, and therefore, we ask that you print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please contact us.

3) PAYMENT : We will take payment from your card at the time we process your order, once we have verified your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception, while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. All prices include VAT and are displayed in (£ - GBP) UK pounds.

4) DELIVERY : UK orders please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods. (average delivery 3 days*)
Non UK orders via airmail please allow 21 working days. (average delivery 10 days*)
Non UK orders via surface mail please allow 12 / 14 weeks. (average delivery 6 weeks*)
UK Next day delivery is subject to orders being processed fully by 12 noon Monday - Friday. Orders after this time will still be sent next day as requested but would be 1 day later than an order placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or at the weekend will be sent on the Monday (or next working day after bank holidays) subject to the terms in the orders and payment sections above.

5) RETURNS : All returns which are not in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations ( see returns and refunds page) are subjected to lab tests which must be fully completed before we contact you, this is normally within 7 days after they arrive.

6) WEBSITE CONTENT : Designs and colours ordered may vary from the images displayed within this site. The site is provided on an "as is" basis. FWS Ltd makes no express or implied warranties of any kind relating to the provision of information or service on or by this site. FWS Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use or misuse of this site or any of the information or products sold which are contained within it.

7) COPYRIGHT NOTICES : All content on this site is protected by UK and international copyright laws. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, redistributed, modified, displayed or performed without prior written consent from FWS Ltd.
